Founded in 2010, Paracarnival is a large and exceptionally diverse community of artists, performers and friends. Our highly inclusive user led programme of educational, therapeutic and creative workshops, legendary Carnival perfomances and far reaching community projects, unites and engages people of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and vulnerabilities.
